Used to create outlines and barriers before filling in with Vitrail Glass paint. It is also popular with mixed media applications to outline and contain the Fantasy Prisme and Moon colours.
The long shaped nozzle allows for precise application.
It can also be applied on top of paint for extra relief effect.
