About Us

Who We Are

In 1976, Don and Bridie founded the Company from their home in McSwiney Street - after a short period moved to a unit on Thomas Street and then onto Distillery Lane, where we can still be found today. Through hard work and unwavering loyalty of their customers and staff, they built what is now the Don Keating Group.
Don and Bridie were the heart & soul of the business - truly making the magic happen. They shared not only a deep love for their family, but also a true passion for their work. To them, the company was never just bricks and mortar - it was, above all. about people.
Don continued working right up until his passing inn 2025. He was predeceased by Bridie in 2017 and by their son Michael in 2024.
We thank Don & Bridie for their vision, ourage, & determination in 1976 when they took the leap to start their own company. Their commitment to customer service shaped the Don Keating Grouop into the trusted nationwide service it is today.

The legacy continues under Donal Keating, who proudly carries forward the values instilled in him by his parents: "Not just business, it's people."
